2 - Complete the Career Serives Survey (the Transcript Release Form is already a part of the Survey.)

3 - Have you been admitted to Graduate School or did you accept a job upon graduation? Please send verification by 4/15 so it can be printed on the program.

You may also stop by Ms. Shun Stokes-Avery's office located on the 2nd floord of the Administration Building to drop your documents off in person.

**IMPORTANT NOTES**

  1. Graduation Fee is $80.00.
  2. All candidates must clear their account by April 4, 2016 if paying by check. After April 4, 2016, accounts must be cleared with cash or credit card.
  3. All academic and financial requirements must be cleared by Monday, April 18, 2016 no later than 4:00 p.m.
  4. Graduating Seniors must secure a checklist (pink card) from the Vice president of Student Affairs Office on April 18, 2016.
  5. Clearance from all offices must be obtained before picking up caps and gowns.
  6. Seniors may reserve seats on the floor for two (2) guests only for the commencement exercise.
  7. Tickets may be picked up in the Alumni Affairs Office.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 124 CREDIT HOURS AND 2.00 GPA***
