SPRING 2013 REGISTRATION
McCARTY VARNELL BUILDING
(2nd FLOOR) - January 3-7, 2013 - 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
(IN-OFFICE) - January 8-10, 2013 - 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
STEP 1: Students residing on campus must register for the Residence Hall.
STEP 2: All returning students who completed early registration must report to the Datatel Lab to receive their official registration form (blue sheet).
Report to your respective Academic Division and complete your registration form in consultation with your advisor (Freshmen/Transfer students with less than 15 hours must report to Cope Center: McCoy Admin Building 2nd Floor).
Returning students who did not complete early registration must report to his/her academic division, meet with Advisor, then have schedule entered into the Datatel Program by the Divisional Secretary. Report to the financial aid station and pick up your financial aid award.
STEP 3: Report to the BCS McCarty Varnell Building (Lecture Room 121)
STEP 4: Students will be escorted to the Datatel Lab 2nd Floor BCS McCarty Varnell Building (Groups of 20)
STEP 4a: Report to the cashier station to complete your registration. Present your financial award letter and receive your blue registration form.
STEP 4b: All current students must secure a student I.D. from the Dean of Student Affairs Office.
∙ Classes begin for 3rd module on January 7, 2013
∙ Last day to add for the 3rd module is January 10, 2013
∙ Last day to drop for the 3rd module is January 25, 2013
New student registration begins on January 3, 2013.
*** Students who have received their official registration form from the Cashier’s Office are required to complete a drop/add form in order to modify their schedule. The drop and add form must be processed by the Registrar’s Office***
* Late registration will begin for all students on January 7, 2013*
Students who registered early must make financial arrangements with the Business Office by 5:00p.m. on January 10, 2013, in order to complete registration for the Spring 2013 semester.
