Office of Student Government Association at Rust College is the Student Governing Body in matters pertaining to the common interest of students.
Congratulations to Miss Andrea D. Cooper and Mr. Noah J. Moore who were elected Miss Rust College and Student Government Association President! Andrea and Noah will represent the Bearcats during the 2013-2014 academic year. Andrea is an English Education major from East St. Louis, Illinois and Noah is a Political Science major from Jackson, Mississippi.
