Student Identification
The use of Rust College Student IDs will be more vital than ever due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Office for Student Retention has drafted a safe and effective plan to ensure all students can receive a student ID, while keeping safe distances. Each student will be given a student ID form to complete and submit to the Office for Student Retention their first week of school. The New Student Orientation program will ensure all incoming freshman receive this form and submit it to First Year Experience staff, along with an emailed headshot. Any student who has issues submitting a headshot can contact the Office for Student Retention to schedule an appointment to get their photo ID taken. Once students submit a form and photo, it will be processed immediately. If there are any headshots submitted that are not appropriate, you will be contacted to set an appointment to retake the photo.
